My experience was very good from start to finish. I had good service From Zach, from picking out carpet and changing my decision on what I really needed In the way of carpeting for three rooms. I needed pet friendly and I found it at a price color that I could live with. Jason was the person that measured the three rooms and he was very personable and accurate. On the day of insulation I believe four guys were here and they moved furniture of course I had my clutter out of the way already. We had Staff install luxury vinyl flooring. There was a problem with materials that were provided from one of their vendors and we had to have them come back to reinstall the flooring. It was not an easy job, but our installer, Timothy and his team were great. They worked very hard, cleaned up after and did a great job. I would ask for him on any future jobs that I might have. Also, Jason, from Staff was very helpful in making sure that the problems were fixed as they should be. Floors look great.

Great experience getting flooring for my kitchen from Staff. They were able to source a VCT from Tarkett which is typically installed in high traffic spaces (hospitals, restaurants, etc). The flooring matches the mid century aesthetic of my home, and no doubt will hold up beautifully over time. The install team waws very professional and did a great job cutting the tiles and placing them perfectly (Thanks Travis and and team!). We just wrapped up our new build last month. I tell everyone that out of all the sub contractors we used for this build.. that Staff blew everyone out of the water in so many ways. We had Staff tile our kids bath, our master shower, a dog bath and our kitchen backsplash. Oh I almost forgot.. our master closet they not only designed but installed as well. Every single employee was exceptional. Their communication is unlike any other contractors. No Returns: Staff Carpet sells great products and their staff is very friendly. The problem is that they do not allow returns. We ordered tile for a bathroom floor and shower, and ended up with extra boxes. The good news is that Staff Carpet gave us free grout in lieu of refunding the extra tile. Although they did right by us, I felt it necessary to educate the public about their no return policy. We did not order from a catalog. We ordered from floor samples, and we were never told that sales were final until we attempted to return extra boxes of tile at the end of the project. Our next big project is to replace all of the hardwood floors in our entire house. I had planned on purchasing from Staff Carpet because I do try to support local business. But there's no way I can purchase flooring from Staff Carpet knowing I must measure perfectly and install floors throughout an entire house without making mistakes. Way too stressful and impossible for a weekend warrior like myself. When I have saws running and I'm covered in grime and knee-deep in a project, I need extra materials on-site. I can't be running back and forth to the store constantly. If you want to purchase floors and pay to have them installed, I'm sure Staff Carpet is a great choice. For Do-It-Yourself weekend warriors like myself, I'd suggest the big box stores.

I love our local Staff carpet. They did an excellent job a few years ago when I re-did my kitchen. I recently needed to make my house safe for my dog after surgery. The staff was super helpful setting me up with mismatched carpet tiles for a discount to help my dog negotiate our house after hip surgery. After checking out carpet at other places like Lowe's & Menards I ended up buying from Staff Carpet. The selection is good-the customer service is great-except one thing which I'll get to in a minute.. Knowledgeable sales people and they let me take home their sample boards to see how the carpet would look at my own home helping made to make decisions. I recommend doing this as the carpet looks very different in my home then it did under the fluorescent lights in the store. The only problem I had really.. When I finally decided on a carpet that they happen to have in stock. The installer that I have- I have my own people so I didn't use theirs.. asked if he could pick up the carpet the next day. They told him they couldn't cut 20 feet off of a roll in 24 hours! WHAT! I had to schedule my installer 5 days until Monday to pick up the carpet because they wouldn't cut 20 feet off a roll for me the next day. Maybe they're busy but, it seems to me that 24 hours is plenty of time to cut 20 feet of carpet off a roll and give it to my guy. I don't know if this is because they were not happy that I wasn't using them as the installer? But I found that to be unacceptable. All in all the carpet looks beautiful. I got a high grade nylon stain protected carpet, at a clearance price, for whatever reason maybe it was an Overstock or an over order idk but good for me! 2.07sq ft for a carpet selling for 3.09-3.59 So good deal! Looks great..I think so anyway

Not only is Staff's pricing extremely competitive (I did check that out) but there's no price tag on the service we received. Kim reached out to us asking if she could come see our flooring after it was laid to make sure it was laid perfectly and that we were happy. I was a pain and even had my entire upstairs flooring switched out after the boxes of flooring had already been delivered to my home and with a smile on her face never made me feel like I was a bother. There is nowhere else that I would even consider going in the future for my flooring/tile needs other than Staff Carpet.

We are brand new to the Springfield area and didnt know anybody. Our Realtor recommended we check out Staff Carpet as our new house needed carpet and hardwood. We could not have been happier in our decision. The staff there are very nice and knowledgable. Especially Kellen who really helped us make our decisions. Their prices cannot be beat anywhere!!!
